Welcome to Pakapawa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pakapawa mobile application and website located at https://cato-web.vercel.app.

Pakapawa is a mobile application that provides real-time information about power outages.

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pakapawa and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
